Refund Policy

The application fee is refunded if the school does not offer a place, and is not deducted from fees.
The registration deposit and the re-registration deposit are refundable when the family gives notice at least 60 days before the school year starts.
Tuition paid before the year starts is refundable, less the registration or re-registration deposit when notice comes later than 60 days before the start.
A student withdrawn during a term is charged one month's fees for two weeks or less, two months' fees for between two weeks and a month, and the whole term's fees after a month, counted from the date on the withdrawal request form.
Stopping school transport needs one month's notice; transport is charged by term.
