Al Ittihad National Private School – Shakhbout City (AINPS) is the newest campus in the Al Ittihad National Private Schools network, opened in 2018 in Shakhbout City, Abu Dhabi and run by Arabian Education Group. It is a co-educational school offering a bilingual education that blends an American curriculum — US Common Core for English and Maths, NGSS for Science and ISTE for ICT — with the UAE Ministry of Education national stream (Arabic, Islamic Studies and UAE Social Studies), and is accredited by the American International Accreditation Association (AIAA). The school currently enrols KG1 to Grade 8 and is phasing in the upper grades year by year toward Grade 12. It serves around 1,800 students — roughly 92% of them Emirati — and is rated Very Good by ADEK (a rating held since 2021/22) with an Outstanding judgement for Emirates National Identity; its 2023 TIMSS results were well above international averages.
